Intelligence-Led. Globally Delivered. Trusted When it Matters.
Most security money is spent before anyone has asked the right question.
We are the people organisations call first. Threat and risk assessment, protective security, strategic thinking for complex international operations. We tell you what you are actually exposed to, what is proportionate, and how to evidence that you got it right.

Measures are easy to buy. Knowing which ones you need is not.
Most organisations meet security as a procurement exercise. Somebody specifies bollards, or guarding hours, or a camera count, and the market supplies them. The specification is rarely wrong in any obvious way. It is just untethered from the threat it was meant to answer, so it costs more than it should and defends less than it appears to.
The expensive mistakes happen upstream, in the weeks before anything is bought. A stand-off distance set by the space available rather than by vehicle dynamics. A risk assessment written to satisfy a planning condition rather than to inform the design. A guarding contract sized to the previous year’s contract.
We work in those weeks. Sometimes the answer is that you need less than you were about to buy. That is a legitimate outcome and we will say so.

Three questions in order
